And so it begins...the jouney to the Boston Marathon, April 20, 2015. A day that I am both excited and nervous for. Chrismas break began about a week ago, and I've spend a decent portion of it (while not baking christmas cookies) doing research on training plans, strategies, pacing, altitude training, nutrition etc... [The student never escapes me]. I've devised the best plan for me and my schedule (once school resumes in the new year] and today I launch it into action. No more excuses. No more "I'll do it tomorrow".
For the next 18 weeks..I am on a mission: to be the best student, runner & person I can be. Follow the journey: from training recaps, DPT Life, research, facts, recipies, and all the trials of miles this adventure will be. - long may you run
