Power Balls
One of my favorites for an on- the- go snack or pre workout
1.5 c dry oats
1/2 c nut butter
1/3 c honey
1-3 scoops protein powder ( I like Optimum Nutrition Chocolate)
1 T. vanilla
Handful chocolate chips ( or other mix in of your choice)
Mix well & chill 30-60 mintues
Remove and form 1 inch balls
Enjoy!
* I usually store in the fridge
